Our first Shop.

Leyland is where we live and where Andrew grew up with his large family. Where better to open than the Town we currently call home. Harper is in school in Leyland and everything we need is only a short walk from our front door.

We wanted an old-world type of feeling for our first shop and workspace so when No7 became vacant we knew it was the place for us before we even viewed inside.

​

Once the viewing was done we knew that we were correct in making this our permanent work headquarters and a perfect base for our first shop.

​

Creating a look for the shop has been a road of interesting twists and turns, it turns out that when you paint walls black everyone suddenly has an opinion on your interior design choices.

​

We want to be as eco-friendly as we possibly can be in creating the interior of the shop. The aim was to recycle as much old furniture and fittings as we could find from around the local area, even going as far as Fleetwood to discover some of the beautiful display pieces that are currently placed in prime positions in the shop. 

​

With paintbrushes and wallpaper paste in hand, we began the task of creating a wonderland for our candles.
